As the title says (only in Windows 10), be able to run Cortana commands without having to say "Hi Cortana".

For example, if I say "weather" or "what's the weather?", instead of running another program that does this for me, executing the native function would be great.

(Of course I know this seems difficult because of "Microsoft Open Source Code", but if you could try... )
