Hello,

You can use the startup profile in the "Configuration" tab of the VoiceBot Settings window to set a profile to load on startup each time.

We don't have a way to load a specific profile when there's no associated applications running, but you might be able to work around that by putting the macro you want to run in the "Global Macro" tab of the settings window. You should be able to run that at any time, regardless of the profile loaded.
