When my command copies a file to a folder and a file with the same name already exists within that folder the prompt to overwrite is behind the explorer window.I cant see it and need it on top so that i can take the proper action. Another issue I'm having is while starting explorer using your "open a program" and use variables the first time i run the scrip it runs fine but following that it to runs minimized.
