Problem with installing new languages

I was trying to use voicebot with the Portuguese language pack (that already been installed on my computer), but it show that it isn't installed, when i tried to install other language (English) it worked fine, can anyone help me?

Unfortunately VoiceBot is limited by the languages that Windows allows for speech recognition with the local offline speech engine: English, French, German, Japanese, Chinese and Spanish.

The other language packs that you're adding are for the newer "Cortana" speech recognition which requires the computer to be online.
