Hey, wondering if it is possible to position the current window to the left/right on windows 10. The same way Alt+ Left works but without using the hotkey and in a macro.

You can do this with VoiceBot, yep! Create a Macro with whatever command you like and then add the "Press and Release Key" action, set to send Win + Left :)
