Good day - I cannot use the program as it hangs - using windows 10 on a new MSI gaming laptop.

What point does it hang at? Does the application start up? Are you able to load or create a game profile?

I can load and I added profile for WOW. And then it hangs. However, it would hang before I added wow profile too.

We're working on an updated version of VoiceBot, with improved Win10 support and many bug fixes. Stay tuned for this, I'm interested to see if this fixes it for you.

Not yet sorry. Could you send us a debug log though? I'd like to check a couple of things.
Would you be able to send me a debug log for this issue? Here are the steps:

On the VoiceBot Settings > Troubleshooting tab, change the Logging drop-down to "L1: Log Minimal" and click Apply
Restart VoiceBot
Reproduce the the hang and note the time so we'll know where to check in the log file
Send us the VoiceBot.log and DebugInfo.html files (can be found by clicking the Open Log button on the Troubleshooting tab)
Disable debug logging after sending the log

Same problem with mi MSI Trident gaming PC. Star the program load setup and cliking any button the voicebot program stop responding.

I can save you some time by pointing you in the right direction. I also have an MSI laptop and it was freezing on me too. Hmm, sensing a pattern here ...

So, I thought "OK, what software is specific to MSI"

Dragon Gaming Center (shows temp, fan speed, some other things)
SCM (System Control Manager by MSI, let's you adjust brightness turn on wifi, webcam, etc. )
Nahimic 2 Audio Driver <--DING DING DING

I closed out of Nahimic, launched VoiceBot, and it has not frozen. Nahimic 2 allows you to create various sound, headset, microphone settings / effects. I imagine voicebot and Nahimic are not getting along for whatever reason.

Some may have an issue with not having Nahimic running, but when I use my headset I find I don't need it. It only really matters (to me) when I'm using the laptop speakers as it gives a better sound quality.
