Hello, I have ALS and only half partial use of one arm, I am trying to build an accessible computer that I can play games and manage. I have incorporated voice bot, multiple adaptive technologies. the building of macros is something new to me, forgive me if this question has been asked somewhere else. I am building a profile 4 escape from tarkov, I have the ability to control a ball mouse,but do not have the ability to control the movement keys WSAD, can you please explain to me how you get the key to hold and stop when you want it to, can the stop command macro control all movement keys? thank you, when i use hold w it gives me a warning no end. also do you use .exe file of game
