I just purchased Voicebot hoping it could allow me to start pings and run other Windows options. For instance if I wanted to start a ping on Binary Fortress, can I create a macro that I say 'ping Binary Fortress' and it opens 'cmd.exe ping 206.191.62.34 -t' ?

It sure is! Just add a new Macro on the Global Macros tab in the Settings that uses the "Start Application" command. I've attached a screenshot for reference
