As for hotkeys with the Global Macros, that's coming soon in one of the upcoming 3.0 Betas.

For Start/Stop control, we have a Global Macro planned for that in an upcoming version as well.

We'll take a look at adding Comment actions too, for documenting your Profiles. :)

You can then call a Global Macro using a voice command. You just need to add the "Load Profile" action to load the profile you want.
