Silly Game!

I am trying to use this program with Elder Scrolls Online (ESO). The game sees my 12 mouse side buttons as
Num1 / Num2 / Num3
Num4 / Num5 / Num6
Num7 / Num8 / Num9
Num0 / Num + /

But VoiceBot isn't seeing them that way. It sees them this way:
End / Down / Page Down
Left / Num5 / Right
Home / up / Page Up
Insert / Num + /

The interesting thing is VoiceBot did see it as ESO saw it, but suddenly it changed. The mouse is a Redrgaon M901 gaming mouse http://redragonusa.com/product/perdition/index.html. I checked the config for the mouse and it is as ESO sees the side mouse buttons.

Attached is a the file under troubleshooting and a log file when I went into the profile to se an action with a side mouse key.

The process I am doing is:
Open the ESO progile
Click add button at the bottom left
Click add button at the bottom left.
If I select "Press and Release Mouse Button" it doesn't recognize when I use the side mouse keys.
If I select "Press and Release Key", it sees the second I showed above starting with "End"

Nothing seems to be working for me. I've looked through the config in the program and don't see anything to help me. I looked through the forum and don't see the issue there.
