Could you backup your settings (Settings > Options > Export) and attach them? We'll test this out here to see what we can find out :)

I've created my first Profile which works fine. Then, after creating 2nd one, I encounter following: after restarting Voicebot, the name of profile is there, all macros are gone, so I am sitting over a blank profile. Am I doing anything wrong or is it simply the matter of the trial licence?
