In the Windows Settings > Privacy > Microphone, is VoiceBot listed there? If so, make sure that's set to "On". Also make sure that the "Allow desktop apps to access your microphone" option in that panel is set to "On".

Could you send me a copy of your troubleshooting info? Here are the steps:

• Open the Settings > Troubleshooting tab
• Click the "Export Info to File" button
• Reply with the file attached

It also doesn't activate any of my voice commands. I have voice regignition set up with windows, and i know that my mic is working. ]]>
