DisplayFusion 12.1 (Beta 3) Changes
  • Change: Added the ability to toggle HDR in Monitor Configuration and save it with Monitor Profiles (toggles HDR only, does not set HDR colour depth or format)
  • Change: Added an option to Custom Functions that allows them to be toggle (i.e. after running the function on a window, a second run will revert the window to its previous size/location)
  • Change: Improvements to existing "Span Window Across All Monitors" function (you can switch back to the old behaviour with an advanced setting if needed)
  • Change: Added a new "Span Window Across Specific Monitors" function that allows you to select the monitors to span
  • Change: Added a button in the Desktop Wallpaper window to delete the Windows transcoded wallpaper file
  • Fix: Fixed up the offset directions for Titlebar Button Offset compatibility rules and advanced setting
  • Fix: Resolved an issue where wrong taskbar buttons were sometimes combined
  • Fix: Resolved an issue with AutoCAD pop-out window not showing up on taskbar
  • Fix: Wallpaper no longer flickers if you're using Wallpaper Engine instead of DF wallpaper
  • Fix: Resolved some font scaling issues when display scaling and font scaling are both enabled in Windows
  • Fix: Functions now work on some borderless full screen windows
  • Fix: Alt+Tab no longer moves a minimized window to the bottom of the Alt+Tab order
  • Fix: Discord notification dot now shows up even if it's running as admin

I'm curious, how do you restore the the position of your windows? Restarting it immediately drops usage back down to around 144 MB.

I do have a trigger set up that automatically saves window positions before Windows locks itself (after 280 seconds idle), along with a few other small things, but nothing extraordinary or particularly heavy.

The issue seems to happen fairly often over time. I've been using Display Fusion for a few years and up until I recently reimaged my computer. I have a 49 inch monitor with 2 horizontal splits and use the right side "1.2" as the default task bar. This had been working fine until I reimaged. Setting this up on a new image Windows 11, Split monitoring displays "1.1" for left and "1.2" for right. When I go into advanced settings/force primary monitor ID to "1.2" the default task bar continues to stay on left hand side. Unfortunately, even when I enable the Match Condition and select one of my two profiles (I tried both), the trigger does not respond when I change between them.

For example:
With the Match Condition set to 'Profile 1': Changing between 'Profile 1' to 'Profile 2', and even back to 'Profile 1' is not causing a trigger to occur.

Additionally, according to the documentation, the Match Condition is not a requirement for this trigger type. (https://www.displayfusion.com/HelpGuide/Triggers/)

My end goal is to have the trigger activate whenever I change from one profile to any other profile/non-profile. I had assumed leaving the Match Condition unchecked would provide this 'catch all' for profile changes.
