Even at 500 ms, it still happens. Currently, I've set up two custom scripts for moving the windows to the previous/next monitor; if the window being moved is not full-screen, it's moved normally but if it's fullscreen, I've set it up so that it's first restored, then moved to the next/previous monitor and full-screened again after the move. That does seem resolve the issue I think although I've only had that running for a day - but perhaps it can be helpful in further pinpointing the issue.

I have display fusion installed but I usually only need it running for the tablet. I have powertoys always running, with fancy zones, if that matters, but I doubt it.

I think the issue is only when Windows are full size (and only when I have padding applied to monitors). If I turn off Window Management (hold shift to maximize window to full monitor), it seems to stop but then the windows when moved get maximized to the full display over the padding, which is unwanted behavior.

Wanted to add a few points after I did a bit more testing today. I already mentioned that the issue only occurs when padding is applied to some of the monitors, but it also seems that it only occurs when the windows to be moved are full-size/full-screen; if they are not then it seems to be fine (at least I think).

If I turn off the 'Window Management (hold shift to maximize window to full monitor)' option in the Monitor configuration, then it doesn't seem to happen (full-screen windows or not) but then of course, the windows get maximized full-screen over the paddings, which is unwanted behavior.

So it seems to be an issue with full-screen windows and a mix of padded and not-padded monitors and the desire to not have windows over the padding (unless shift is held) maybe?

It would be so nice as well to have an option in the windows profile, to open the apps automatically. Lets say that I start my computer, hit the profile's hotkey and... all my apps open in the correct virtuel desktop at the preconfigured place ! that would be wonderfull;
It would be even more wonderfull if each virtual desktop could support different monitor profile !

Hi there,

I know I'm kind of hijacking this thread but seeing as how the previous issue was resolved and now I'm having what seems to be the same issue, I thought I would post in this thread to continue the coverage of this problem.

I'm running the latest version, and I just reinstalled it to make sure. What I'm finding is that trying to change to a wallpaper profile that uses different wallpaper on each monitor does not actually switch the profile. If I modify the profile to either span a single image on the screen or to use the same image on each monitor, then the profile will switch and use the background mode that I had picked. However if the background mode is set to use a different image for each monitor in that profile, the profile never activates and the profile that is currently running will keep continuing to change a wallpaper based on how it's set up.

As I'm using the latest version of the software, I was wondering if you guys can have another look at this problem and see what might be going on? As per the About dialog in the main window, I'm using Display Fusion Pro version 12.0.2 on Windows 11 24H2 build 26100.7922.

Let me know if you have any questions and hopefully we can get this resolved because I can't use any of the other profiles that I have set up. Thanks!

Sorry for the delay; I was away from work for a bit. I've attached a video of the issue (please excuse my terribly messy desk). In the first case, I try to send the window in the middle monitor to the left monitor - it does actually end up on the left monitor that time but you can see the jumping around. Then I try to send that same window back to the center monitor and you see it jump around and end up on the third/right monitor instead.

I recently update my DisplayFusion Pro on Steam to version 12.0.2 on Windows 11 (25H2) [26200.7840].

After the update my icons are suddenly much bigger then before (see attached image). I use a mod in Windhawk to get the default taskbar on top of my screen and to set the icon size of the default taskbar. Before the update the sizes of DF's icons and my preferred icon size set in Windhawk of the default taskbar were roughly the same, but DF's icons size changed after the update. Setting an icon size with 'Taskbar Button Icon Size Override' (found in advanced settings) is not doing a thing.

How to fix this?
